Always add Admin User as teacher for all courses you create.
I am using 3.6.6 version of moodle. Is there any option to create it automatically or we have to assign user manually?

Hi,
Users can be assigned either manually or through CSV file when users are created. You can check the tutorial "Users in Moodle" to know how to upload users through CSV file.
