Your question has been removed as the image you were attempting to post was not visible and instead the entire path of the image was pasted in the textbox.
Kindly use the "Add Image" option in the text editor of the question/answer text box to attach images.

Store the image in a web service (google images for example) without password.Screenshot

Please open a terminal window and follow instructions in https://websiteforstudents.com/upgrading-mariadb-from-10-0-to-10-1-to-10-2-on-ubuntu-16-04-17-10/

You will be able to run Moodle without a hitch.
