I have started with " Start Moodle" by double clicking. I can see Apache and MYSQL are running. There is a windows security alert that "windows defender firewall  has blocked some features of this app".  I don't know whether mysqld & Apache HTTP server can communicate on these networks, first option { } private networks such as my home or work network, second option   { } public networks, such as those in airports and coffee shops................. Out of the two options, what exactly do I need to choose?
