Steps to raise support ticket

Step 1:-Write detail description of issue/concern

Step 2:-Get screenshot or PDF file of issue/concern you want to highlight

Step 3:-Mail to mastersoftcloud.support@iitms.co.in

mark tech.support2@shirpur.org and all concern stake holders including HOD/Principal/Headmaster in CC

Users have to login into portal using their username and password. URL : https://cims.mastersofterp.in/

Login issues :

1) If the user doesn't remember password , user have to click on "Forgot Password" .

OTP will come on user's mobile/emailID after that user can change the password.

2) For login related issues e.g. 'Invalid Login', Role Allocation, No. and email updation for password retrieval, Please contact Fanindra Sonar(Technical Support Engineer), tech.support2@shirpur.org, 8208633431
